I am so proud of myself. I cooked fish for my family for dinner today. 5 fish you know..considering the fact that I cant cook. *round of applause*
And no, I didnt destroy the kitchen and burn the food. It tasted quite all right although I think the first batch was better than the second.

Actually the recipe is super easy. Coat fish with egg, then with flour and then with egg again. Sprinkle cheese on them and then put it into the oven and then hey presto, its done!

Winnie cooked that for her mum, jing, gloria, jun and I today for lunch. Of course there were other stuff like fruit salad, soup, baby asparagus and baked beans. One day, I shall cook a proper meal too coz it seems I am the only one of my age that cant cook.
